Our services include event planning, designing and coordinating weddings, milestone celebrations, parties and corporate events.
We also provide party equipment rentals such as chairs, dancefloors, stages, tables, pipe and drapes and many more.

WEDDING DAY COORDINATION

We know you are almost there with the all amazing planning and progress you have accomplished so far but you are starting to feel a bit overwhelmed. That’s where we come in! With our wedding day coordination services package, we will take over all the planning you have done and run it through our comprehensive wedding planning checklist to ensure all “i’s” are dotted and all “t’s” are crossed. Our ultimate goal here is to ensure every detail is just the way you have envisioned it!

Your wedding day is supposed to be one of the most important and memorable days of your lives, but it doesn’t have to be overwhelming and stressful. The only thing you should worry about is having the time of your life on that beautiful day.

This package includes unlimited and ongoing consultations and full co-ordination, from the time you’re engaged to the end of your wedding day celebration. We only book a limited number of Full Planning clients to ensure we are fully available and ready to serve you. We include the following services for your convenience:
    • Full-scale wedding design

    • Sourcing the best vendors
    • Attending vendor appointments
    • Guest list management
    • Create a detailed wedding itinerary
    • Wedding rehearsal
    • Vendor confirmations
    • Complete set up on your wedding day
